Rothwell Flower Club

Rothwell Flower Club

Meetings are held in the Oulton Institute, Quarry Hill, Oulton at 7.30pm on the last
Thursday of the month (with the exception of December and January)

These include demonstrations of flower arranging, informative lectures or  talks, visits to
gardens of special interest, workshops (where members can show off their flower
arranging skills) and any other activities our members would like to suggest.

At present there is a membership of about 70 members and new members would be most warmly welcomed.

There is a varied and exciting year planned for 2009 and if you would just like a "taster"
come along and buy a guest ticket at the door (£4.00)

The next meeting, on Thursday 30 April, will be a workshop and a local florist will
demonstrate to members a continental arrangement, which they will then attempt to reproduce!!

It's all good fun and the idea is to enjoy your evening, hopefully learn something new and
take home an arrangement that will grace your home.
